Van Gogh 6-row peyote bracelets

Six Van Gogh paintings as slim 6-row Miyuki Delica peyote bracelets: the swirl of Starry Night, sunflowers, almond branches, irises, the wheat field and the lights on the Rhône. Each design was redrawn for the narrower 6-row grid; they take fewer beads than the 8-row ones, work up faster and stack well. Every pattern lists its color codes and bead counts and comes with a printable PDF.

Frequently asked questions

How do the 6-row and 8-row Van Gogh bracelets differ?

Same paintings, narrower grid. The 6-row ones are about 1 cm (3/8 in) wide and take 576 beads; the 8-row ones take 768 and carry more detail. A 6-row bracelet is quicker to finish, and a few of them stack well.

What do I need?

Miyuki Delica 11/0 beads, a thin beading needle and beading thread; no loom needed. The bracelets are 6 rows wide, 96 columns and about 18 cm (7 in) long with the clasp.

Even-count or odd-count peyote?

Even-count: the bracelet is 6 beads wide, an even number, so the turns at the row ends need none of the extra steps of odd-count peyote. The follow mode on the pattern page takes you through it row by row.
